Just when you’ve finally wrapped your head around web 2.0, here comes 3.0. Whether you call it the structured web, the metadata web, or the semantic web, the next generation of web technologies is changing the rules once again. We’ve been promised everything from smarter searching to artificial intelligence. This session will explore some of the new “semantic” applications that have already been released, and gently introduce you to the concepts, tools, and metadata that will underpin the next generation of web applications.
